Because free audits are sales pitches in disguise. A quoted audit covers two hours of human work and means we have zero incentive to upsell you to a retainer. You get a useful artefact and we go away.
How long does it take?
24 hours from us agreeing the work to delivery in your inbox. Audits are queued in the order we take them on.
Can I get a refund?
Once we've delivered the PDF and loom, no — that's two hours of human work already done. If you change your mind before we start, we refund in full. Full terms at /terms.
Will you try to sell me a retainer afterwards?
No follow-up call, no sales sequence. If the audit is useful and you later want help implementing, we have Starter, Growth and Full Service packages — price agreed with you. That's your move, not a hidden funnel.
